Your tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves. Allow a few hours for the first carrier scan to appear.
Forced reset triggers are restricted or banned in some states. We cannot ship an FRT to a jurisdiction that prohibits it, currently including: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Washington and Washington D.C.. If a tracked parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll claim it and replace the item.
