A forced reset trigger (FRT) is a semi-automatic trigger that fires one round per function of the trigger, then uses a spring to force the trigger to reset positively against your finger. The result is a very fast, controllable rate of fire — without the trigger ever firing more than one round per pull. HK MR223 / MR556? The FRT-MR3 is engineered for that fire control — don't try to force an AR-15 FRT into it.
HK roller-delayed? The FRT-RD3, in SEF or AMBI to match your selector.
SPC9 / GHM9 / GHM45? The FRT-SG3.
